Dominik is an experienced Charity leader and CEO and is responsible for the Foundations overall strategy and day to day operations. He brings experience both from the UK Charity sector as well as the International Development sector. He has a strong background in operational strategy, fundraising, institutional partnerships, governance and collaborative working.
Billie is responsible for liaising and working with our community and for managing our social media channels. She is well travelled and has a wonderfully creative and diverse background that includes social media, community engagement, marketing, entrepreneurship and modelling.
Lynsey is our Head of Fundraising, passionate about building strong supporter relationships and creating opportunities that make a real difference. With valuable experience from her previous role in the cancer charity sector, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. She loves organising events, inspiring people to get involved, and growing support for our cause.

Ashley, Azaylia’s daddy, focusses on creating and taking part in physical challenges as a way to combat grief while raising awareness and funding for childhood cancer and the foundation. He also leverages his personal work with brands, reality TV and sports to create financial and visibility benefits for the foundation. A natural motivational speaker, his personal journey has moved and inspired millions of people worldwide.
Safiyya, Azaylia’s mummy, is a bestselling author who focusses on supporting the foundation with awareness raising and fundraising through her personal collab work with brands, and social media influencer relationships. Her empathic approach to managing grief has been an inspiration to many people worldwide and her Sit Down With Safiyya Instagram series is a community favourite.
Frank is a Consultant in Paediatric Oncology at Birmingham Children’s Hospital and Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Birmingham. Through his clinical and laboratory work he is focussed on bringing new therapies to the clinic rapidly and improving the outcomes for children with cancer.
Andi is an Associate Professor of Paediatric Haematology at the University of Oxford and a Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Career Development Fellow. Her main research interest is understanding the origins and biology of childhood leukaemia, in order to inform early diagnosis and develop new, personalised treatments for children.
